At Kingstairs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please read our return policy below:
1-Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
2- Exchanges
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
3-Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
4-Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or customized products, or unfinished item items like stair post, stair treads, handrails, are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
5. Return Procedure

6. Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order. If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
7. Final Sale Items
Please note that clearance, sale, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
